1. Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how XNX Games (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile game POP & AVOID (the “Game”) available on Android via Google Play.
We are committed to protecting your privacy with a minimal-data approach. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, password, phone number, home address, or payment information.

2. Introduction
POP & AVOID is a casual arcade game developed and published by XNX Games for Android devices via Google Play. This policy explains what information is involved when you play the Game, how advertising works, and what choices you have.
By downloading, installing, or playing POP & AVOID, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Game.
This website itself does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking. It is a static information page with no backend.
3. Information We Collect
We practice data minimization. POP & AVOID does not require you to provide personal information and does not ask you to create an account.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect or request:
- Your name, email address, password, or username
- Phone number or physical address
- Payment or financial information
- Precise location data
If you contact us by email, you voluntarily provide your email address and message content solely to allow us to respond.
Information stored locally on your device
The Game may store basic, non-personal data locally on your device using standard Android storage (such as app preferences or local save files). This is kept on your device and is not transmitted to XNX Games servers. Examples include:
- High score and gameplay progress
- Audio settings (e.g., music / sound on or off)
- Basic game preferences
You can clear this data at any time via your device’s Settings → Apps → POP & AVOID → Storage → Clear Data, or by uninstalling the Game.
Information processed by third parties for advertising
To support the free-to-play Game with advertisements, our advertising partner Google AdMob may automatically process certain device-related information when ads are requested and displayed. This is described in detail in Section 4 below. XNX Games does not directly collect or store your advertising identifier on our own servers.
4. Advertising and Google AdMob
POP & AVOID uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Ads are an essential part of keeping the Game free to play. We use only two AdMob formats:
🎁 Rewarded Ads
Optional video ads you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward (e.g., continue or bonus). You are always in control — these never play automatically.
⏳ Interstitial Ads
Full-screen ads that may appear at natural breaks in gameplay, such as between rounds. No banner ads are used in the Game.
How Google AdMob handles information
When an ad is requested, Google and its partners may process information provided by your Android device and Google Play services to serve, measure, and improve advertisements. This may include:
- An advertising-related identifier provided by Android / Google (such as the Google Advertising ID), if available and permitted by your device settings
- Approximate device and app information (such as device model, operating system version, app version, and language)
- General, non-precise information derived from your IP address (such as rough region) for ad delivery and fraud prevention
- Ad interaction data (such as whether an ad was viewed or clicked, where permitted)
This processing is performed by Google in accordance with Google’s own privacy policies and technologies for advertising and measurement. XNX Games does not directly receive, store, or control your advertising identifier on our own servers; it is handled by Google’s advertising systems on the device and Google’s servers.

Your control over advertising identifiers
You can manage how your advertising identifier is used at any time in your Android device settings:
- Android → Settings → Privacy → Ads (wording may vary by Android version) — you can reset or delete your advertising ID and manage ad personalization.
- You can also limit ad personalization or opt out of personalized ads where your device offers that option.
Choosing to limit personalization may result in less relevant ads but will not prevent ads from appearing in the Game.
5. How We Use Information
We use only what is needed to operate and improve the Game:
- To provide and maintain the Game — ensuring core gameplay, saving your local progress and settings on your device, and keeping the Game functional.
- To support the free-to-play model — allowing Google AdMob to display Rewarded and Interstitial ads as described above, so we can continue offering POP & AVOID without charge.
- To improve and troubleshoot — understanding anonymous, aggregated performance (such as crash-free operation) only to the extent provided by Google Play and AdMob reporting, without identifying you personally.
- To communicate with you — only if you contact us, to respond to your inquiry.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information for purposes beyond those described in this policy.
6. Third-Party Services
The Game integrates the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
| Service | Purpose | Privacy Policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google Play | App distribution, updates, and basic device compatibility | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Google AdMob | Serving Rewarded and Interstitial ads; ad measurement and fraud prevention | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Google Play Services | Device services that may provide advertising identifiers and app functionality | policies.google.com/privacy |
We encourage you to review Google’s policies to understand how Google collects, uses, and shares information through these services. This Privacy Policy does not govern Google’s practices.
No other third-party SDKs are used to collect personal data in the Game. If additional services are integrated in the future, this table will be updated.
7. Data Retention
Because POP & AVOID stores only minimal local data on your device (such as score and audio settings), retention is determined by you:
- Local game data remains on your device until you clear it via the app storage settings or by uninstalling the Game.
- Information processed by Google AdMob for advertising is retained by Google according to Google’s retention policies.
- If you contact us by email, we retain your message only as long as necessary to respond and to maintain a record of correspondence, unless a longer retention is required by law.
We do not maintain user accounts or server-side profiles for players.
8. Children’s Privacy
POP & AVOID is a general-audience casual arcade game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Advertising in the Game is provided through Google AdMob, which is required to comply with applicable laws and Google Play’s Families and Children policies where relevant. Google may apply additional safeguards, such as serving non-personalized ads in appropriate contexts.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information in connection with the Game (for example, by contacting us), please contact us at the address in Section 12 and we will take appropriate steps to address your request.
9. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the Game and its limited data handling:
- The Game does not transmit personal identifiers to servers operated by XNX Games.
- Advertising is handled securely through Google’s infrastructure and encryption in transit.
- Local data is stored using standard Android app storage mechanisms.
No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use appropriate safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keeping your device, operating system, and Google Play services up to date helps protect your information.
10. Your Privacy Choices
You have control over your experience:
- Advertising identifier: Reset, delete, or limit the use of your advertising ID via Settings → Privacy → Ads on your Android device. This affects how Google personalizes ads across apps.
- Personalized ads: Where your device offers it, you can opt out of personalized ads. You will still see ads, but they may be less relevant.
- Local data: Clear saved game data or reset settings via Settings → Apps → POP & AVOID → Storage → Clear Data or by uninstalling the Game.
- Contact: You may contact us to ask questions about this policy. If you have emailed us, you may request that we delete your email correspondence.
- Uninstall: You can stop all collection associated with the Game by uninstalling it from your device.
Note: Ad delivery and measurement involve Google’s systems. For choices that relate to Google’s processing, please refer to Google Privacy & Terms and your device’s ad settings.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Game, our practices, advertising partners, or legal requirements.
When we make changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and publish the updated policy at this URL. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Continued use of POP & AVOID after an update indicates your acknowledgment of the revised policy.
